when we were in amsterdam we saw a billboard thing like that but it had a black baby and a white baby sitting side by side facing away from the audience. The white baby had its hand on the black babies shoulder (like a consoling arm, there was a distance between them) We couldnt read dutch so we just made up captions. Funniest shit ever.
