You aren't alone -- my friend is frustrated and another girl that we talked to in the class admits that she feels lost as well.
I don't think that it's too bad, I just know that I need to study -- the thing is that I've already taken physiology courses, am currently in a graduate neurogenomics class and feel up to date on neurophysiology -- but it's obvious to me that people that haven't had the classes and background can/will be lost.
So don't feel bad, I think that many others may be struggling with the material as well (my friend is incredibly smart and makes stellar grades, she just hasn't had an in depth physiology course). Maybe you should go talk to Dr. Lubischer and explain how you're feeling -- if you need people to study with, feel free to get up with me if you'd like

well...i actually just dropped the class. i decided that trying to push myself to graduate in 3 years was starting to be wayy to much for me to take on. so...im gunna go for 3 1/2. .....but do you honestly think that if i were to take physiology it may be an easier class for me to take? i had planned on taking physiology later on...and was really looking forward to neurobiology, but it just came as too much right now.... 2/19/2006 10:21:15 PM |
