I certainly hope that we a getting a big discount from Ticket Return because in my estimation their service is awful. There are frequently times my points have been deducted when I actually attended games. In addition, the days leading up to the UNC game and the claim period for the Boston College game their system has not been of ANY use. I was supposedly selected for seats to be claimed in the 1st claim period for the BC game, yet when I or any of my friends went to claim the tickets it first stated that I was “not allowed to claim them at this time” and now states that “there are no tickets you requested available”. EXACTLY WHAT AM I PAYING STUDENT FEES FOR? Supposedly, part of our student fees are being used for this service and to provide tickets to us. In my estimation this service has hindered rather than helped any of the things we were setting out to do by implementing it. Furthermore, it has made what should be a simple process as complicated as possible and removed ANY responsibility from the student government. GOOD JOB GUYS! At least you can bow out and say “it’s not our fault”.

Yes, I've been PMing the racist SandSanta, and he seems to think that I have my panties in a "not." And when I asked him why "Negro paragraph" was so funny, he replied:
