Never too early to start looking. I'd like to go out west for the summer and I need someone to take over my lease for June, July, and half of August until school starts again.
Rent is $237 + utilities. It's a duplex. 2 bdrm/1 bath, new kitchen, w/d, hardwood floors, walk up attic for storage, small front & back porch.
No smoking in the house. Cats and small dogs are OK as long as they are completely housebroken. There's plenty of parking. The bedroom is 10x11 with a big shared bathroom and would still have my desk, bed, bookshelf, etc. in it. I'd move all my clothes and small stuff out to make room for your stuff. My roommate has a pug dog.. he's cute, pretty laid back, and friendly with cats.
