Just figured I'd throw this out for any Soul Coughing fans in the house. Noticed this album in the store the other day and bought it on an impulse--it's quite good. It came out mid last year, though I hadn't heard anything about it, but it's quality stuff. More straightforward that most of Soul Coughing's stuff, but still with Doughty's quirky humor and talent for putting words together. The instrumental end of it holds up, too. Good stuff.

Favorite line from the album right now--"You snooze, you lose/Well I have snost and lost"

Yeah, I liked the guest appearance by Dave. "Unsingable Name" is also a good track, though they seem to be pretty good throughout.
