Possibly. When would you be able to move in? Would you be willing to have your lease end July 31st when the other guys' leases end? You would have the option to renew, but I would like to have everyone on the same lease schedule.

Is your friends Rob? He was wanting to move in right now and I am really looking for renters starting in May or August. I thought I might be able to work with him on a month to month basis, but it just was too confusing with trying to please both potentital buyers and potential renters. I told Rob I was sorry and that I bet he felt like he was being jerked around. Tell him that I'm sorry for the confusion. I don't want to seem shady or like a jerk or anything.
