anyone know if it will be good enough to run games like doom 3 and quake 4 smoothly? not on ultra high graphics, but high at least.

hmmm, k, i wanted a geforce 6800GT, overclockable to bout 433 mhz, but thats kinda over my budget right now. Any other cards you can think of that might be under 120$ ?

you can get a 6600GT for ~$120 - should be fine for any current game - not great, but fine.

A Radeon 9600 XT should run them on ok settings, I don't know how much they are though.
