do I trust someone who writes like that?

putty is pretty much required for your flash drive.

and all the network card drivers of any cards you have.

http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder.shtml is one of my personal favourites. lets you quickly pull the windows and office install (5x5 alphanum) keys off a machine. VERY useful when you've got to reinstall windows on top of some noob's spywared machine and the some idiot never bothered to put the microsoft serial sticker on the bottom of the case.

I've been looking for some programs to expand my flash drive. Really would like to setup something with a boot loader on it.

nah i was just curious as to why people would want it... i guess maybe if they need to test a php script or something? and i guess they put wordpress on there just because they can

ive got a spare flash drive that i use solely for programs like this... thunderbird and firefox, along with abiword, winscp, VLC, and putty

good thread btw

does her comp not have a word processor?

btw, IrfanView is the world's best picture viewer.

extremely powerful, and easy to use.

abiword is sweet.

I like openoffice best myself, but the portable version is like 130mb

my stick is only 256.

and I have to save room for some music, photos, and the kenny rogers' jackass clip
