a better argument would have been if you had seen my number of posts you would know that I am new and didn't realize there was a search function. I'm sorry, but could you please direct me to the other threads or help me in this one. 3/9/2006 2:46:36 PM |

most ppl say they dont like the management, but my b/f has lived in kensington park for 2 yrs and hasnt had any major problems rent is 475 for a 1 room (~900 sq ft), includes water and wireless its on the wolfline and their clubhouse/pool is pretty nice also, its a quiet neighborhood, mostly new families or grad students 3/9/2006 3:58:12 PM |

Move away from campus. Comparable rent will get you an apartment that is at least an order of magnitude better than what you'd get around campus. You're paying for location, which means they can charge you silly rent for a shithole/firetrap.
You'd be better off spening $800 on a POS car and a parking permit and living on Duraleigh road than spending more money to live in Gorman Crossing/Kensington Park/any shitty campus apartment. 3/9/2006 6:44:48 PM |
