I need a room for the summer, sometime around the end of exams.
It must be furnished and within walking distance to campus.
I'm willing to pay around $400 a month.
I would also rather live with other females but I'm willing to room with males.
I'm clean, polite and super busy with class, work and rehearsals.

Hey I have a room at college inn. everything is included and it's fully furnished. It's on western, walking distnace to all of your classes. Theres a pool, tanning bed, gym, computer lab etc. and theyre only 2 years old. The rent is 465. we can negotiate that if need be. I have 3 other female roomates, who are all great. If you know any one else that needs to sublease, my other roomate needs to sub hers as well. Just let me know if you're interested. The lease would be after exams into august.

3 bdrm 2 bath, you will most likely be the only one here. $500 for EVERYTHING. water, elec, cable, internet, etc. washer/dryer, dishwasher. furnished except bdrm, but could work something out if needed for leaving some furniture like a desk or dresser or something. very close to campus. 10min walk or less. 2 wolfline stops within a hundred feet. let me know if you have anymore questions.
