Does the "Hour Remaining" number include the numbers In Progress right now?

Says I got 67 Total Hours Remaining, but that doesn't really seem right... 52 on the other hand would make a little better sense.

It *doesn't* include your In-Progress (IP) hours.

Why? Because should you fail any of them, you would still have those hours remaining. So the page just waits till you're done with them and actually passed them before updating.
