I heard there was some way you can check energy costs in neighborhoods for like the past 5 years. Does anyone know how to do this? Should I look on the PE homepage or on the wake county/raleigh records stuff? Thanks

just call or email them...they'll need a specific street address of somewhere in that locale...then they should be able to give you an estimate cost...i did that for my old apt.

They give out average bill, high and low for prev year. You'll probably be hard pressed to find a rep that will be willing to go back more than that with you. The records only show through I think 2002 or maybe 2003. That would also be per the specific address as well. You'll only be able to get it by calling too I think. I haven't seen it offered anywhere else.

^ cool. i called last night, but it was ~1 minute after they closed. previous year is all i really oughta need anyway, and a specific address would work better anyway. thanks guys.
