an amplitaq polymerase walks into a bar and the bartender says "why the extensive usage?"
the polymerase says "despite my inabilty for exonuclease activity i am relatively inexpensive and am easy to clone due to leaving a 2 bp adenylate tail" 3/31/2006 9:49:55 PM |
