Do I just need to change a browser setting if I'm getting this error message?:

post the link you're trying to go to and if it's inside the wrap directory, try to post the contents of the file

when I went back a directory to "Podcasts!" there was nothing there... I'll email my professor I guess with that info

just go to View Source and you can see the contents of the file - you're looking for the MP3 or audio file, so it's not that hard.
