at the avent ferry/western intersection if you are coming down aven ferry, and are in the lane that has the straight/right turn arrow...if the green arrow is on for the lane to the right, can you go if you are also turning right in that lane beside it? half of the people i see do go, and the other half dont

i think that's a valid question. personally i never take the right bc my lane doesn't have the arrow, i'm not sure what the law says on that tho.

I would say that you cannot take the right turn from the left lane. There would be an arrow if you could, but there is a no turn on red.

i only get in that lane to run right if the green light is coming up and there is nobody in it - i would turn - that is something that could be successfully argued in court
