Need room in Raleigh/Cary for only for 1 month, her lease runs out May 15 and she couldn't extend it for another month. Willing to pay up to $350'ish rent, so post where available and she'll get in contact with you.

No stuff to bring in, but 1 cat that can stay in her room and is 100% clean, won't mess shit up, etc.

Girlfriend is not messy and not loud/obnoxious. I may come up for a weekend, but she'll probably just be coming to Wilmington on the weekends. If me coming up is a problem for a weekend, no worries.


She says only girls preferrably due to parents.

I know this doesn't fit all of your criteria but I thought I would post anyway. I am looking for a sublease from May 1st-July 31st at University Woods. It is living with 3 other NC State girls that are really cool, but they do not allow animals at the apartment. I am not sure if they would let her pay more to keep it or what. If you is at all interested, email me at vhstrang@ncsu.edu and she can come take a look at the apt. Also, rent is $250.00 with water included. Utilities usually don't run more than $50.00 a month for cable (with DVR) and electricity. If she is not interested, I wish her good luck finding a room!

I've got a room at Wolf Creek in a 3-bedroom apartment that I won't be in all summer. Only conflict with your description is I have two male roommates. They're cool, though. One has a fiance and the other is asleep or working all the time.
