Checking to see if there is any interests for a possible sublease of a University Suites room located on the bottom floor of their new 3-story townhouses (3210 Tropical Sky Lane). I am possibly moving into a house with some others starting this summer or beginning of Fall semester. Lease goes til December then from there you could renew in your own name if wanted. There is one roommate who will be here til December, but the other and me will be moving. $475/month covers the entire works (rent, water, electric, cable, internet, one parking pass). Post it on Raleighlist. com or Craig's list, you might get more offers from out of town college interns working at RTP for the summer. I got a bunch of people asking to sublease mine when I put it up there. Good luck!
