I usually use the templates in MS Word...File > New > Letters & Faxes

i think i would put my shit in the upper right corner, then leave a line of space, and put their info on the left

I'm a personal assistant, and the letterhead that I type on has his info center at the top of the page as a header, but the info of the recipient precedes the "Dear such-and-such."[Edited on March 31, 2006 at 4:52 PM. Reason : dunno if that helps]
