I am living in charleston this summer and am desperate to sublease out my place. I have posted in here a few times but am trying again. it is a 3 bdrm house, 2 bath. you pay for 1 room and get the whole house. my room mate might be here this summer but that is very up in the air. furnished, except bedroom possibly. depending on what I need to take with me. i pay $500 a month for everything. Like I said though, I am desperate to get this place rented so I would be willing to cover some of it. I will post some pics shortly after i load them to my gallery. please....someone rent it for may-august. or even if only for a month or two. it will help me greatly. may and august would also only be partial rent since I will already be covering the time of finals in may and when classes start back in august. anything will help me so let me know if interested at all. we can try and work something out.

other person changed their mind to live with their girl friend so back on the market. Excellent place. come and check it out or I can email some pictures. rent is still $500 a month but very open to negotiations. Wonderful place.

first place i lived when i came to ncsu was crest rd.

its full of foriengners and ghetto ass crack heads that came up to our doors at 3am about once a month or so

but you get what you pay for and after electric and cable it was like 350 a month

^ we have fixed a lotta shit here man, like reinforcing the floor, redoing the foundation bc someone dug beneath it and basically set the house up to sink. that's fixed now tho.

and we've had no incidents w/ crackheads, foreigners, nothing like that. (we're on the good side of the street )

That house was a good deal, especially considering the lot size. I just felt in over my head trying to do that foundation repair. It has a killer back yard. Good luck renting it out.
