University Woods, 3BR apt, room for sublease is largest of the 3. Private bathroom, walk-in closet. One roommate will not be there during the summer, the other is home only at night. I am going to pay half of your share of utilities if you sublease.

Rent: $295/mo
Utilities: $40/mo (normally 80/person but I am paying half)
Total: $335

Apt is fully furnished and roommates are really lax. Pref. female to sublease to.

Can be available as early as May 1st, would like to lease until July 31st.
