University Commons apartments, 2 of the folks in the 4 bedroom i am in are moving out at the end of the lease. Looking for 2 new tenants willing to sign a 1 year lease at 275 a month with a 275 secuity deposit.
Large rooms, walk in closets, private full bath with each of the rooms for rent. Full kitchen, washer/dryer.
Water is included in rent, other utilities run from 50-90 depending on the month, ect.
Currently have roadrunner with wired and wireless networks setup, however only one person wanted basic cable, thus they have been paying for all fo the basic cable add on out of pocket.
Living room is more or less empty if you need to bring stuff, we have a couch and a chair or 2 that are staying.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING APARTMENT

this complex does NOT allow pets

I work full time, the other tenant who is staying is a fulltime student.

2 girls moving out, new tenants can be male or female.

Rooms have been repainted within the past year, can be repainted by tenants to suite, landlord will pay for paint of your choice if you want to redo room

Move in date would be August 1st assuming the current folks do nto move out early or offer to sublease over the summer.

Signed lease with landlord is REQUIRED before moving in

IF a new lease has been signed before may 15th, i will pay both of the new tenants $75

hell if i know, they had soem partial and fuull fuurnished a while back that where 350-400 per room rent, you are better off buying a bed, cheap desk, and a lamp and jsut using a palce liek where i am. You need to get some furniture and move out into the real world.
