Meet Mama Rosa and check out her happenin' bachelorette pad!

This is Mama Rosa:

Her Stats:
born: May 2004
age: almost 2 years
breed: abyssinian (as indicated by her short, funky hair and multiple rosettes)
coat: white with black spots
favorite foods: timothy hay, apples and carrots
character: She is energetic and active. Runs away from being picked up, but once in a lap or upon a bed she enjoys some loving and gives "kisses" (licks) when being petted.

This is Mama Rosa's Bachelorette Pad

Please note, this is a http://www.cavycages.com-style cage featuring running around room and under-cage storage space. Cage is compactable and portable. Cage comes with water bottle included.

The Photo Shoot

And one final view of the cage

I am giving away Mama Rosa and her cage for free to a good home. Here's why I'm giving her away: I bought my first, female, baby guinea pig over the summer of 2003, then, in the summer of 2004, I decided to move another female, baby guinea pig (Mama Rosa) in with my one-year-old piggie. In February of 2005 I moved in a third, female, baby pig. They all got along well with no fighting, but they did strut around and try to mount one another and fight over the food so as to establish the leader of the all-female piggie pack. The eldest was at first the leader of the pack, but Mama Rosa is an assertive and energetic pig and she wanted it more. Their social battles have stressed out my oldest piggie, so I put a divider in the cage to seperate her from Mama Rosa and the youngest. In this cage setup I realized that Mama Rosa's bullying behavior (she was a bully but she never hurt or bit any of the pigs) was unrelenting. I had to move Mama Rosa into a cage of her own, but I have no space to keep this cage and am temporarily keeping it at a friend's.

The images I've posted are of Mama Rosa in this new cage at my friend's and on a blanket outside of her cage. I want to give her and her cage to someone who will be a good, caring pet owner. PM me if interested. I will answer any relevent questions.

I have to recommend guinea pigs as wonderful little pets, especially for those who cannot have a dog or a cat. They're so much fun to watch and cuddle -- and a C&C cage is the best ever. I had two guinea pigs until I was forced to give them up because of a terrible dermatological allergy, which isn't very commmon.

So anyway, make a guinea pig your friend!

They are sweet, cuddly lil' pets. Their kisses are the best. They're all like "wheek wheek wheek, don't pick me up" and then you pick them up and they sit there and sniff around and let you pet them and settle into your lap and give your resting hand kisses while you pet them with the other hand.

I will if TWWers aren't interested. I'm more comfortable with inviting TWWers over to meet Mama Rosa than other people from all of online who have no connection to other people I know.
