Primarily a lake canoe, but also flat-water rivers. It will hold up in rocky rivers, but that tends to damage the finish. Great for the casual paddler. Two oak seats, and plenty of room for cargo / coolers. The body is fiberglass, and the rim is aluminum. The canoe is relatively light, and can be carried by one person. The limiting factor is the bulk rather than the weight. Two people can carry it comfortably. It is stable, so good for beginners, and tracks well in the water. There are a few minor blemishes on the bottom of the canoe from when we took it in a river that was a little too low. However, they are not visible when the canoe is in the water, and there is no structural damage or leaks. There is nothing wrong with it, but we now have four kayaks, and no good place to store this.

Located in Richfield, NC (use Map Quest). Can be delivered to neighboring counties (within 30 minute drive) for free, or elsewhere for a fee. There is an 8-acre lake several hundred feet away where you are welcome to try it out.

Asking $375 for canoe and two T-grip paddles (shown in last picture).

do you have a time set time frame for bidding?

Who/what has the high offer so far?

$250 by PM is the highest so far. I do not have a specific time frame for bidding. If someone meets my reserve, it's theirs as soon as they want it. I may look at selling it through other channels too, but I thought I'd test the waters of TWW. I know that we put at least $425 into the package a few years ago, and it has rarely been used. I'd like to get a decent return on that if possible, but I'm familiar with TWW low-balling.

O RLY? Show me where this same canoe is retailing for $375. I have no doubt that you can find a POS canoe for significantly less, but I want to see this one for sale at that price (paddles included).

k, but seriously, I'd be interested. If this is at or above retail, and you can provide proof, I'll have to lower it, but I don't think that's the case.

I have personally owned this canoe, and it is a total lemon. The brakes are shot, the tranny is blown, and I have yet to find an engine. Stay away from this canoe, buy mine instead:
