Anyone looking for a 3 bedroom apartment at University Woods with lease starting in May?

We are currently living in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3rd floor apartment at University Woods and need to move out when our current lease ends in May 2006. We signed a new lease for May 2006 - May 2007, to keep our current rate ($285 per bedroom, includes water only) but all three of us are now moving out of town.

So if anyone is interested in taking over our lease by subleasing for $285 a month per bedroom let me know. We are subleasing the entire apartment so you would need to have 2 roommates sublease with you. The rate of $285 is much cheaper than University Woods current rate of $330 per month. The sublease would be from May 2006 - May 2007, locked at the rate of $285 per month for each bedroom.
