Look up your Dell Service Tag # on support.dell.com. Look for a utility called "Dell Diagonistics" under Systems & Downloads. Download it, put it on a floppy, reboot, run it. Contains tests for testing your drive and will determine if its faulty. 4/12/2006 5:32:11 AM |
