I am looking for a place to live from May - May and my roommate wants from July to May (but will do july to july). There may be 2 other girls, but we are not sure.

We don't want to spend a lot of money and would like a place that has the option of a utilities package and our own bathrooms. A 24hr gym, computer lab/study hall, pool and tanning would all be great too.

We are both female, I am 21 and she will be this August. She and I are both clean and dont like really loud music when we are trying to sleep/study.

Does anybody have (or know of) anything?

I have a room available May 9th at UHouse. My lease ends July 31st but if they dont have anyone set to move in I'm sure you could extend the lease. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, furnished, on the third floor, $499/month, everything included and I'll pay the rent for May. My roommate is leaving in July so your friend might be able to move in too.

Look at Lake Park/University Woods. Lake Park isn't exactly always quiet though.

Places like that are 3-4 br, usually all have their own and can be really cheap, enough so that you can manager your own utilities. Also, many are individually owned, so try and rent from someone rather than the on-site leasing agency... if the owners are looking to fill quickly they may make you a decent deal - especially if you've got a few girls ready to go.

PS - Good luck finding the ammenities that you want if you're not looking to pay for what many students consider to be "a lot". Or at least, in a nice complex. (In my opinion, U-Woods is nice enough and cheap enough that you can pay for that stuff individually with the money you save.)

Oh, the place at the corner of Trailwood/Lineberry that used to be called Melrose says it has tanning beds coming soon... and they seem to be on the lower end of the resort style price range. It used to be a bit sketchy, but being owned by Preiss now they *MAY* run it slightly better?

My roomates and I are looking to sublease our apartment at college inn

it is 4 bed 2 bath, but none of us will be here so you will pretty much have your own bath

we are really flexible since you dont know how many rooms you need

you and the other girls could move in when ever its convienient for you!

trinity commons is a real nice place if you are interested in not your typical "college" complex...real quite, 2 pools, tanning beds, 2 workout centers but the most they have are 3 bedrooms


we pay 999 for 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and its pretty freaking big

utilities are separate and run about 60/month
