That's right folks. Desperate times call for desperate meausures.

How would you like to spend $10 a month on utilities? That's right. $10 a month for digital cable w/DVR, internet (wireless and cable (Roadrunner)), and good ole Progress Energy Power. Washer and dryer in unit (and a new dryer that can dry 2 weeks worth of clothes in an hour, yes an HOUR). Private bathroom with a water heater that will give you a nice steamy shower for over an hour. The roommates are very easy going. Only one roommate will be here for the summer and she has an internship so she will be gone most of the day. And before you jump to conclusions I am not moving out because I want my roommates to die, I'm not moving out because management sucks, or because the apt is loud and crazy as most people think U Woods is.

Fact is, my dad is sick, I don't know how much time I have with him and I would never forgive myself if I stayed in Raleigh and wasted time living away from my family. I'm not saying this for sympathy points, most people ask why I am so desperate to move out, and this is why.

In fact, this building is very quiet. I have never had a problem with the apartment, and I would like to stay here but duty calls somewhere else.

Did I mention you can rent an apartment for $305 a month? No hidden costs. I added up everything and I'm paying a majority of the utilities bill.
