Options like cut and paste work fine, but if you use the drop down menu in MS Word to try and save your document as another file type (IE: template) it begins to not respond
As well as viewing My Docs (or any other folder for that matter) where a click on the folder should expand the + and show the folders contained within ... doesn't. They don't appear until you've clicked on them from within the window, not the file explorer pane.
I've run virus scans with no avail... and other programs such as Outlook aren't having any trouble running as usual. And I've re-booted, shut down, left it alone, all the easy fixes already.

After fixing a corrupted TCP/IP protocol in my network connections the problem seems to be gone....

^^ reinstalled the TCP/IP protocol using Start - Control Panel - Network Connections - Right click on the wireless network connection - click properties (under the general tab) - clicked on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) - clicked install and ran the installation from a C: address the technian gave me (i can't remember right now what it was, but it was under the WINDOWS folder) 4/18/2006 5:05:54 PM |
