i've got one open around that time... maybe not that far into august though.. 370 a month in a five bed room house... you would share a bathroom with only one other person if we find someone to rent the other room

I have a room in a 3 br/ 3 ba apt in Centennial Ridge off of tryon rd. $375/ month have it as early as the 2nd week in may and the lease is up on July 31st, 2006, but you can sign a new one or extend the current one. Everything is included, water, cable, washer/dryer, pets allowed. You would be living with one guy and one girl.

250$ Clark Ave. Room in house. Pretty much your own bathroom. Washer/Dryer, hardwood floors, Lots of parking, big living room. 3 other rooms in the house... Nice guys living there. 5/13-08/01

Here's my post...I think it's a good deal

I really do not wanna pay rent at two places this summer so here's what I am offering. I'm renting my room out in a 4 bedroom 2 bath apt. at the College Inn. The rent is 480/month which includes all utilities and a parking spot, and I'm willing to negotiate on that to a certain point. Furthermore, I'm making it available May 16th and it runs till August 2nd. I'm willing to take care of all May rent.

So basically you get to live there rent free for a half a month and possibly not pay the full 480 for the other two months. So anyway, if you're interested e-mail me at ambrowe2@ncsu.edu or pm me on here. Thanks.
