if you open the place from mid-may then i'm definetly in on the 300 amonth....for june and july. (throw in a desk and i'll sign the papers right after finals). I;ll put in a another hundred or so for the rest of may.

Im open to someone moving in early but it seems that you have already spoken to my roomate about taking his room

Also if anyone has problems relating to furnature something could be worked out and I could leave the room furnished while your here.
