I am going to be at GE this summer and my two roommates are looking for a non-smoking person to rent a room out this summer. The townhouse is located in Falcon Ridge, approximately a 3-5 minute drive to campus.

Accommodations:

-2 Stories
-3 Bedrooms total each with own bathroom
-Kitchen
-Dining Room
-Living Room
-Fully Carpeted
-All kitchen, living room necessities, etc are provided
-Room for Rent is not furnished.
-No Pets Please (although they may make exceptions)

The rent is $333 a month + ultilities and cable that bring the rent to approximately $400 as a high estimate. The place is great and continues to serve us well.

Oh also, the rent can possibly be extended into the Fall and Spring of the school year starting in the Fall.

Oh by the way...The apartment is open this fall and spring...I checked into it and during the winter, it has a nice, real wood burning fireplace.
