So I recently got a flash drive, and I enjoy it a lot. But I really would like to have a bigger one, so I'm gonna sell my 256mb http://www.lexar.com/jumpdrive/jd_secureII.html and get a 1 gig.

here are some pros and cons of ones that I have seen. If any of you have or have used a flash drive you can reccomend I appreciate it.

I love the one piece design of the sandisks (i tend to lose stuff, If I could keep the entire thing on my keychain it would make things better) but they seem kind of pricey. The OCZ Rally is looking like a good deal, reviewers like it also, anyone know about it?

definately get the jumpdrive sport, ive got one, ive lost it twice, its been through the washer and dryer twice and it still works

and the drive detaches from the rubber holder so you dont have your keychain dangling off the computer,

Try to get some solid reviews of the software that comes with the sticks ... the performance will be the same (more or less). Also get a good measuring of how big the keychain holes are ... some of the sticks CLAIM you can get it on a keychain and instead you CAN, but not with anything else on the chain

I'll vouch for my Lexar Secure II 1GB Stick. Software automagically creates "vaults" which are encrypted and mounted as a drive once unlocked with a password. Also includes a file shredder on the stick.

opt for Sandisk, i have one now (also have a jumpdrive) and the Sandisk is just as good...

^ Thanks for pointing those out, gonna order a bunch of the one gig ones and price them around 44 bucks. Finally replacing the overpriced pny drives.
