looking for 1 or 2 roommates for the fall semester to share a 3 bedroom 1700 sq foot townhouse in cary off of gregory drive (around harrison and maynard rd's)... i can make it the park and ride lot on blueridge in about 10-15 mins, so it's plenty close to campus, and it's in cary, so you know it's a nice neighborhood.

rent is roughly $292 (we came in at a discounted rate, so hopefully if/when we renew the lease we'll still be locked in at that rate, if not, rent wouldn't be that much more), plus 1/3 of utilites (power, water/sewar, digitalcabel/roadrunner) which varies, but is about $85.70 and also could be less, if we downgraded the cabel package

here is a link that descibes the property in more detail:

anything else you want to know, let me know!

Is that $85.70 the cost of 1/3 of the utilities?

it's the 3 bedroom townhouse.. this model has 1500 sq feet of livable space, and about 200 sq foot attic attatched to the 3rd floor... sorry i didn't notice that the "attic" wasn't listed on the website

$85.70 is about how much 1/3 of the utilities normally cost per month

the $87 is the AVERAGE third that we normally end up paying per month in utilities.. and that covers... roadrunner/digitalcabel/electricity/water/sewar

the place is a 3 story, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse. my room is on the third floor, the two rooms that would be avaible are on the 2nd floor and share a full bath (toilet and shower/bath) but have their own sinks.

i can normally make it to the park and ride on blueridge (right by kmart) in about 10-15 min, depending on trafic, so if you time the bus schecule right, you can sleep in a good deal before class.

the lease expires at the end of august, so not looking for anybody until then, or at the earliest early to mid august (depends on exactly when the other two roommates are moving out)

on top of it all, it's in a nice neighborhood - it's in cary, and has a 24hour fitness center, and an olympic sized pool, and tennis courts. it's a pretty quite neighborhood, (lot's of families) so that can be a disadvantage or an advantage, depending on how your looking at it (not a good place for HUGE parties)

also the townhouse is non-smoking, but if either of you are smokers, it's not a bigdeal to step outside to smoke

i don't have any pets, i believe a pet deposit is about $200 dollars, and $10 dollars per month, and only 1 pet is allowed per unit
