House is located off Kaplan Dr.

I'm thinking of hiring someone to cut the grass each week to give me a little more time to do other things that I need to do around the house.

I need someone halfway reliable that can make it on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday at least three out of four weeks a month. If you need to skip a week every now and then it's no problem and I can just do it myself. I just don't want to end up consistently having to do it myself.

It's a small yard with lots of landscaping so there isn't that much grass. It takes 25 minutes get the lawnmower out and cut the grass. I'd like to hire someone to cut the grass and do about 35 minutes of picking up sticks/rocks, sweeping the porch/driveway, etc. so you get an even hour of work each week.

Lawnmower, gas, trashcan, and yard tools are all provided so you don't have to bring anything.

I'm thinking $15/week since it is only an hour of work, tools are provided, and most of you live within a couple of miles. I can pay you each week or on a monthly basis. PM me if interested.

you can probably find a 15 year old to do it for that price.

Have two PM offers for $20/week.

I'd expect to pay more if it were skilled labor or if the person had to provide their own equipment, but ultimately this is just an hour of relatively easy labor. Most college students would have to work 2-3 hours to make $15 after uncle sam gets his take. Hopefully somebody will want the work, but it's no big deal if I have to keep doing it myself.

It's an almost flat yard by the way. No major hills.

i would think that 20 is going to be about as low as you are going to be able to get
hell, even if i was 15 i would still charge you at least 25 for doing the work and getting over there to do the work, not to mention it will be hot as hell outside
