Im looking for a bike that I can ride around raleigh this summer. I'm 6'3 so the bike should be sized accordingly to that. What do you have?

I have an old Murray 18speed with a 19" frame (probably a little on the small side) for $30

and a 2005 21" frame Gary Fisher wahoo shimano gears, trigger shifters and a judy front shock for $300, I'm 6'5 230 and this bike was the best fit of anything I found

i think the murray is a bit small, maybe interested in the fisher, what else is out there? anyone?
