i'm looking for the a screensaver that used to come with windows (95/98?). it kept your current desktop on screen and it looked like a ball was rolling around underneath it. i've been searching for a while and can't find anywhere to download this. help!

It's gone because it didn't do the job a screen saver is supposed to.

I remember the one you're talking about. It came with Microsoft Plus!. If we're thinking about the same one, it's called Lens. Maybe that'll help your search.

Because assuming you wanted a screen saver to use as a screen saver was such an assinine assumption to make? Was just trying to warn you in case you intended to use that one as... a screen saver.

I always thought Johnny Castaway was an awesome screensaver. The ones that came with After Dark were pretty cool too.
