I doubt that you have time for this deal then but I tried it and it does work.
I traded in 300 old CD's and got the 30GB Ipod.

And I know that they claim it takes about a week but it took them about 2 weeks for me.

Basically..the deal works like this...
You send them your CD's. (They pay for the shipping.)
You just tell them how many boxes and how many CD's per box. The they email you shipping labels to tape to the box for UPS to pick up.

They digitize your CD's an put them on an Ipod for you.
They give you a new Ipod at no extra cost. (I got the G5 30GB Video Ipod)
They also give you DVD backups of your CD's in case something ever happens to the Ipod.
They ship you the Ipod and the DVD backups and keep your old CD's.

No..I do not work for them.
No....I have never even met any of them.

I sent my CD's off a couple of weeks ago and got my Ipod on Firday.

Yeah..I lucked out.
I had all my cases under my house.
I was hoping they were still in decent shape when I went looking for them.
Luckily they had been packed in plastic bags before they were put in a box.
