this is the fourth athlete or so that's been shot at while in a car in the past 2-3 months. i'm thinking these incidents are connected in some way. it'd be one helluva coincidence that these players are being attacked in the same manner around the same time.

how is it not a coincidence that four or so, and maybe more, professional athletes have been shot at while driving within a 2 month time span. i mean, i don't ever remember hearing about anything like this going on before. now, we have a number of athletes victimized in a very unsual manner with no explaination whatsoever.

i don't think it's that far fetched. crazier things happen. maybe it's some kind of gang initiation? i don't know. i'm not saying that these incidents are in fact related, but to completly dismiss a that notion is lazy.

a div-ii player was shot last month. there were some vanderbilt players that were shot some months ago. i also believe a dolphins player was shot. that was towards the end of last year though.

i could be wrong, but i'm thinking an nba player was shot sometime in march as well.

^It was McDougle on the Eagles who was shot in his car in Miami in an apparent attempted robbery. I believe it was last July or August.
