I am trying to unpack a file I downloaded (WinRAR) which is in an iso format. I downloaded MagicISO to help, and it doesn't recognize the file as an ISO. Any idea what to do? Thanks 5/24/2006 10:00:01 AM |

if it's download.iso.rar, then you need to unpack it using WniRAR and then use a burning program to write it to disc (CD). That's what an iso is for. You can also mount it to a virtual drive using a program like Alcohol. I'm not familiar with MagicISO. 5/24/2006 10:03:18 AM |

an iso is a cd image. you dont unpack it, you BURN IT to a cd.
And we aren't going to help you use the illegal software you are trying to get. WinRAR doesn't even legally come in an iso format.
