Even with all the cool summer blockbusters out, there are some quality movies at BlueRidge right now that you can watch if you missed the first time around.

V for Vendetta comes out tomorrow

and there are the following movies as well: Lucky Number Slevin , 16 Blocks and Inside Man .

just looking out for all the homies that are broke like me.

I've been waiting to see V. I would never go there otherwise. That's as good of a recommendation as they're going to get.

yeah when i saw slevin the film had a black spot at the top center and the copy was bad. And when i saw ATL the screen ended like 5 inches at the bottom and continued up top. Otherwise $1.50 to see a good movie big is a good deal.

You should have let somebody know. That would take two seconds to fix.

Good luck getting somebody to fix it though. One of the few times I went to Blue Ridge, I had to ask three times to get them to put the right lens on.

Once I snuck a whole bag of popped microwave popcorn under my sweater in there.

I woulda gotten in scot free, but the hot oil leaked and burned my stomach, so I was like "AHH" and people looked at me and I had to play it off

I used to wear this old pair of JNCOs to the movies because they had those enormous back pockets, I fir 20 oz drinks for 5 people, some McD's chicken nuggets, a big mac, medium fries, and a grocery store size bag of m&ms into the theatre once.

I don't know of anybody that sells both of those.

And that makes me sad.

I saw some Red Vines the other day, actually. It struck me as odd- I hadn't seen them since I visited Berkeley.

Last time I was at Blue Ridge I left the theatre just before 1am and there were TWO seperate black families with kids ranging from 3-10 in the parking lot. And I mean like 3-4 kids each family...

I love Black&Blueridge

Yes but at my house I don't have sticky floors and the smell of dirty feet.

Figured at 38 it was about time. Plus the wife and the 5 year old were getting tired of the loft.
