i had one, and it broke so i went to the apple store and got another
they ran out of refurbished ones so they gave me a brand new one (i saw them take it out of the box)

they wouldnt give me the box for some reason, but i have my old one.
I have registered the new iPod to another 1 year contract (applecare) and it can be transfered

i do not have the original ipod headphones but i just recently bought sony ones (within a month)
