I have that phone with Alltel. It's not bad at all for the money. The only thing is that I think it's dark gray in color instead of the black mentioned.

my g/f just got one...as in, yesterday after she beat the crap out of her v710...between the two, i guess i'd rather have a razr, but there are so many other phones that actually perform WELL that i wouldn't spend $50 bucks on this one, contract or no...that said, $30 isn't bad, and if all falls through, i'll take it for that

Yes its actually "Graphite"
The firmware for the V3c is actualy faster than the previous razrs.

People are paying retarded prices for this thing on ebay... upwards of $230
im sure someone around here would like to make off with this for cheap.
