I'm looking for a female to replace my part of the lease. I signed a lease a couple months ago but I've had car problems and other things as well and I can no longer afford the security deposit or anything else then my current rent. The house is awesome and there are three other girls who will live there as well. The house is on Bearskin Court, a road off of Brent Road. The rent is 350 not including utilities. There is an upstairs and downstairs living room, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. 3 rooms are upstairs and one is downstairs. One of the other girls is supplying all but bedroom furniture so there is no need to bring anything else except what is going in your bedroom. I REALLY need someone to cover this soon or I don't know what will happen because the landlord wants the security deposit and I just don't have it right now. Let me know if interested.

I guess I should also mention that this will be for the 2006/2007 school year. The lease doesn't start until August 1st. The landlord just wants the security deposit now.

haha well its not a matter of if you are creepy but one of my roommates, her dad said he won't pay for her rent if she lives with a guy. And also I'm not sure if the landlord wanted pets. But thanks a lot. I'll ask again just to make sure.
