Hey, Im looking for a room to rent for the upcoming school year, full term. It can start any time in July, or even June if nessasary, latest being a week before school starts and such. Need it to be fairly cheap, 350 or less a month for rent, not including utilities. Preferablly lower, around 300 or below, but negotiable.

Im a 20 (21 in Oct) Male, but don't mind living with opposite gender at all. I generally don't host parties or get too loud, normal guy. I dont do anything illegal or such. I can bring a couch for general areas too.

Preferably no animals, but I don't mind dogs or other things. Cats might be a problem. Preferably a roommate(s) who do not smoke anything illegal, or don't smoke tobacco inside the house, outside is fine. Just dont want my room or place smelling like it.

I greatly perfer something close to campus, such as Gormon Crossings or Dominion, but can work with anything. No dumps or places that need work please. Lemme know with pm, or AIM: elslacko243.
