AHA, this is the silliest, most unprofessional defense ever. Better response would have involved mentioning the absurd and outrageous rhetoric of those who opposed her...of course she's not crazy and everybody knows that...but she is trying to be shocking, just like those making accusations against her of "instability" are.

i think when you have a candidate for the state's highest court, who calls the state democratic chairman "Der Fuhrer", and calls a black congressional candidate "a good slave going back to the plantation"

i think thats when you can justifiably call the person "unstable"

what more does she have to do, to be unstable in *your* book, Bridget? dress up in Nazi regalia or take part in a lynching?

this is a person who spent most of her career as a paralegal. who just recently passed the State Bar, and now thinks she's qualified to sit on the Supreme Court. She started out as a Republican. when they dissed her, she tried running as a Democrat. Well the democrats have decided to give their support to the Republican incumbent. That right there should tell you something.

it tells me, that despite my dislike of Alito and Roberts, I'm glad the federal Supreme Court is appointed by the Executive and approved by the Legislative. because when grossly unqualified people (like Myers, for instance) are put forth, they get struck down. And not left up to the whims of the largely uneducated electorate.

Dude, I don't know the woman so I really shouldn't speak on the matter, but I already have so what the Hell...

She's just saying things that are absurd, outrageous, outlandish, ridiculous, etc...many "sane" people practice this...practice (LOL).

So I propose that, unless you know her personally, you cannot call her "unstable" in the same way that I cannot call her "stable."

i like how she calls herself "Madame Justice". pretty good title for a paralegal who just finally made it through law school.

and her website looks like PrisonPlanet. apparently the NC state political parties are "The Beast" and Vernon Robinson in particular is Mister 666. not bad for a slave, i guess.
