Need a female to sublease for the timeframe of July or August 1st, 2006 through July 31st, 2007. First floor apartment with private bathroom, all utilities included (water, cable, internet, phone, electricity), and free bus to and from NCSU's campus during all school days including summer!

The apartment is fully furnished: bedroom includes full sized bed, computer desk with shelf, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and mirrored closet doors; common area includes: bar with two stools, dining area table with four chairs, sofa, loveseat, recliner, coffee table, and table with lamp. Washer/dryer also included.

Additional amenities of the apartment complex include: pool, gym, computer lab, tanning beds, two basketball courts, one tennis court, and two volleyball sand areas. This room's window has a great view of the pool and basketball/tennis/volleyball courts.
