how much would you charge to do regular cleaning
i gen. have like 2 load of clothes a week
would like to have my place vacuumed everyother week

Actually, it is interesting how much of a vicious cycle it really is. You don't clean because you're depressed, and the mess just depresses you further. I concur. I am depressed and every day I look at this shit, I get even more depressed.

Go ahead and just break it down into things.

Like one day- get all the trash out. Dont worry about picking anything up, or laundry, just throw things out.

Next day- do laundry and put all the clothes away.

etc.

I find it's the only way I can keep my place even semi-clean where I dont get seriously depressed about it.

The problem I have is that all the laundry and the trash and the not-trash-but-not-filed paperwork is all mixed together in a shitpile slurry all overy the room.

^^It would be better to take ALL your dirty clothes to the laundromat. The washers and dryers are bigger, and you know you cant just throw them back in the floor. You HAVE to stand there and fold them, or put them on hangers. I had a male friend who's room got that bad, and that's the only way he could stay focused was to do it outside of the house. Hell, take all that paperwork with you and file/trash it.
