two of the biggest names in car audio here.
the rockford component set is a 6.5" fanatic p set. includes 2-tweeters, 2-mids ,2-crossovers 2 grills,and manual which is everything but the box. they are in like new condition, rated for 60watts rms and sound awesome (eargasms anyone?). don't be that guy with nothing but bass coming from his car, get those mids and highs up to par! these sold for over 200$ at bestbuy. i'm aksing $65 for the set.

mtx rt4240 4channel amp. rated to do 4x40watts at 4ohms 4x60 at 2 ohms and 120wx2bridged. this is amp like all oldschool mtx amps is very conservativly rated(would do over 350watts under the right conditions). this amp would match the component set perfectly and could also power a set of rear speakers or a subwoofer with the rear chanels. it would also work well powering dual subwoofers. in great shape execpt for a counple minor scratches has all original screws ,mounting feet, etc. asking $65 for this powerhouse


$120 gets everything and for $130 i'll throw in a 12" 100wrms lightning audio subwoofer brand new in the box
