I bought the Sony Media Manager program for adding music, video's, etc to my psp. When I try to start the program a window pops up saying this:

PMM.exe- Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0xfb4 (4020), Thread id=0×9e4(2532).

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

I've been trying to figure out how to fix this with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What are the names of the other free programs? I think I am stuck with the Sony program though, I don't think I can return it back to the store after opening it.

VIdoe 9 is one of the best video converters for PSP users, which is all you need contrary to what Noen thinks...if you have firmware 2.60 or higher, you can simply drag music and photos into their respected folders on the PSP...or you can get HFS, a server program, that allows you to recieve files to your PSP wirelessly
