House is located on Jackson St, in between Gorman and Method Rds. Walking distance to the FoodLion, cookout and whatever else is on Western. There is a wolfline stop across the street.

ROOMMATE MUST: 1) like dogs; I have a siberian husky pup who is still in the learning phase but is well behaved. 2) be okay with the occasional social gathering or party, of course there will be courtesy shown and understanding, but at the same time if you're waking up at 6 in the a.m. every mornign then this house isnt for you. I am on the NCSU Men's Rugby team so we do have a decent amount of parties here. 3) be responsible enough to take care of your own sh*t and respect ours

There are 3BD/2BA, but only looking for one roomie. big kitchen, big social area in the living room (foosball table, beirut table, dartboard and whatnot), carport in the back which is mainly used for beirut/beerpong, and there is a hot tub back there too
